Luyolo Magubane
Luyolo has a vast experience in community development programmes and projects and has an understanding of both urban and rural development challenges and its dynamics. He has been involved in facilitating institutional and skills development, developing learning programmes and Communication Strategies for a number of projects and programmes within the Eastern Cape.
He is a member of Services SETA and has already started Accreditation process with this SETA. He has also attended a Training of Trainers (ToT) with the International Labour Office (ILO), in the following programmes Improve Your Exhibition Skills (IYES) & Women’s Entrepreneurship Development (WED) Capacity Building as a certified Trainer in South Africa.Luyolo has a background in management and marketing research. He therefore understands the tenacity and tactfulness required for market research. He is also able to understand and interpret clients’ needs.
Luyolo Magubane has more than 10 years of experience in Government and Private sector providing project management, institutional and social development facilitation. He has been consulting, facilitating skills development, monitoring and evaluation of various projects and programmes within South Africa for a number of clients.
He has experience in market research, statistical data collection and is a detailed oriented person. He holds a Diploma in Marketing Management from WSU and has the Associate in Management degree (AIM) qualification from University of Cape Town (UCT) which will assist in the strategic and operational management of the project.
